I forgot my primary Password

I run most versions of Firefox, plus Waterfox. When I forgot the primary password (never will use again) I just reinstalled the browser because I use sync. Other browsers and devices have my account information. Once I logged into the newly installed browser, my data just synced. see old screenshot
