While viewing an email in Thunderbird, hovering over a picture that has a hyperlink, the cursor functionality changes from following the hyperlink to magnifying the picture. So far it seems to only occur in Thunderbird.

It's a known problem, and it will be fixed with Thunderbird 128.7.0esr, to be released this week.
