hi I turned on my computer today and when i started Thunder Bird Mail after years. 

I got a message to continue account registration when I did WE (wife and I) lost every emails for the 10 years. Did not do anything woke up with this on. What can I do know??? Please help thanks Mark

This can happen when TB loses track of the profile. See if you can recover it:
