When I try to add a new email account, I'm told that either my username or password is incorrect. This isn't true. I can log on to webmail using the same credentials.

Thank you for your reply. I was having no luck until I was visited by a guru relative. He somehow solved the problem.

It may be that your email provider wants a different password when using an email account. Gmail is that way, and so are some others. Maybe, if you share your email provider info, some suggestions will be offered.

Please provide more information on this. I am not sure what you mean by having one server. Thank you. If your question is whether you can have multiple email addresses in thunderbird, the answer is yes.
