Hi there I was wondering if you could help me with creating a filter? I'm sorry if this is a silly question, but just can't figure this out. First - is there a way to create a filter based on the domain? For example I have emails coming from Amazon. Instead of adding one by one - returns@amazon.co.uk, shipment@amazonco.uk, info@amazon.co.uk and so on, can I make one filter for all @amazon.co.uk so everything with that extension goes to one place? If so - how do I do that?

Second - I have created a filter for example info@school.co.uk so that all school emails are in one folder SCHOOL, but I want the emails with subject "School payment receipts" from the same address "info@school.co.uk" to go separately in a subfolder /Payments/ under the folder SCHOOL. How do I do that please? Once again sorry for silly questions. Thank you kind regards Ausma

okay, here are some thoughts: - on the first issue, in first column select FROM, in second column select CONTAINS and in third column enter amazon.co.uk - for the other issues, filters are executed in sequence, so set the first school-related filter for SUBJECT CONTAINS School Payment Receipts' and move to desired folder - now, the next filter can look for FROM and CONTAINS info@school.co.uk and move to the other folder.

If you have problems, please post screenshot of the filter itself. A reminder: spelling and character placement are critical. Use only the minimum words for success. For example, if there are never receipts other than school payment receipts, it may be safer to just look for receipts instead of school payment receipts. Just my two cents...
