Just a couple days ago I started having issues with some emails from trusted senders that I never had before. When I open the emails, I get this message that I took a picture of. It's related to Apple messages & someone's iphone. I don't own an iphone & have no clue why this started happening recently. Like I said, it doesn't happen to all my emails, just certain ones. Looking at my picture posted, does anyone have an idea what's going on with this?

OK, thanks. I'll try that & report back if that helps or not.

It looks like that worked with the affected emails. Thank you very much....appreciate the help.

I need help this is similar to my issue. I have an HP and I noticed that I was not receiving emails from trusted clients. I can receive them on other emails that are cc'd but not this particular email on thunderbird.

Is there a phone number to a person I can do this over the phone? Like a Tech support number?
