Dear volunteer, thank you! Netzero doesn't forward my emails to T-Bird as before to laptop, not cell which I don't use for email. My bud and I have spent countless hr.s trying to fix. Automatic updates is on, and I have current version. T-Bird is ~ 100 times better, more user friendly than Netzero's email format, so I really want to use it.

More information is needed. I think Netzero is POP. True? Are you trying to access it from more than one computer? With more info, someone here may be able to assist. Thank you.
