Did you possible cancel a Primary Password when Firefox restarted after updating as that might have caused this issue?

When I restarted, Firefox prompted me to enter a password, I clicked cancel, because in the background I saw that the tabs and windows were not restored. I hope I understood you correctly

You should enter the Primary Password as Firefox needs it to access encrypted storage and decrypt one or two optout prefs stored in about:config.

I entered it, the log is still empty, should I restart Firefox?

Restart Firefox, entered the password, the installation did not happen, the log is empty :( And several windows were open and there were several thousand tabs in them

Before the update, tabs were restored without entering a password, did they change something in the current update?
