If you are one to search around for Thunderbird releases, you may have stumbled onto 127.0 from an unofficial site. I recommend you NOT use it. It is a beta, but not on the beta release channel. It is not intended for general use. Please ONLY use official releases from https://www.thunderbird.net/ If you do install this version, you will be presented with a warning message (see attached).
