I ran into an error on my Windows 11 PC. If I add an attachment via the system menu called up by the right mouse button, the size of the attachment is displayed in terabits and cannot be sent :-)

The only time I saw this in the past it was the antivirus scanning the file at the same time turning things pear shaped. No antivirus scanning, not problem.

I don't know if it may also be your problem
