How to Roll Back Update by One or a Few Versions?

I updated to 115.10.1 a few days ago and would like to roll back to what I had before.

Is there a way to do that?

And is there a file that has the version number in it? I would like to look in a system backup to find out the version number that I had last week.

settings>general has a button for update history. All releases are at
