No way to ASK a question in the Monitor section, there is no GET HELP button.

Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).

In general, getting to the "ask a question" button in the support website is like finding hens teeth.

Didn't there used to be a Discussions forum, where you could see all of the questions being asked?

Chosen solution

The monitor product webpage does not follow the look & feel of the other pages. They all have a green colored "get help" button - although you have to go several pages deep to find it.

The monitor product does not have that - so everyone looking for the green button will be frustrated. I posted here since it was the only way I could find to communicate the problem. I did eventually find a way to get help, but it was blue and did not say "get help" and also could only be found several pages deep.

You may be thinking of a different forum.

What steps are you trying to take when you get that error?

I assume you can view https://monitor.mozilla.org/. Is the problem with signing in? Loading the dashboard? Adding an address? Etc.

I'm speaking of the new Mozzilla thing "monitor" that looks for your personal information being sold. That page has no green "get help" button.

The Mozilla products that are subscription based like Mozilla VPN, Monitor Plus, MDN Plus, Pocket, you do not post threads in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/ but rather contact agent support.
