System Win10 Pro, wersja22H2. Wystarczy jednak kliknąć przycisk ANULUJ, aby z pominięciem hasła mieć dostęp do poczty. Dlaczego?

Win10 Pro system, version22H2. The master password is set, according to the instructions. When you start the Mozilla Thunderbird program, it shows a window requesting you to enter your password. After entering the password, the program launches correctly to the end. However, all you have to do is click the CANCEL button to access your mail bypassing the password. Why?

The primary, formerly master, password is not intended to protect the mail. It only guards access to the passwords. Other methods are required to secure the profile:

This is a known shortcoming and the bug has been in review for a proper solution for several years. I do not anticipate this will be resolved soon.
