Zoho account credentials won't save properly
Hi there,
I have been using Zoho CRM for 1 year, and for the last 6 months, there is no way I can correctly automatically log into my account with saved credentials. Those have to be fully reenter each time. It just won't save my email, winch is the account name and Firefox seems not able to propose me the saved credential, even if it is saved correctly.
I've tried several ways to correct this, like deleting the credentials or deleting browser data, it just won't save my credential for quick login.
I have also reached the Zoho team, and they quickly recommend talking with Mozilla community/support to see if the problem was on their side.

The Username field looks quite normal to me with "Use Saved Password" in the right-click context menu, so Firefox recognizes this as a login field. I do not have an account, so can't check the Password field.
Do you see "Use Saved Password" in the right-click context menu of the Password field ?
You can inspect and possibly edit the username and password stored in the Password Manager (about:logins). You can create a Login block exception for this origin (protocol and hostname) to prevent Firefox asking to modify/update the saved login.
