What does the "action" in search engines do?

In the default search engines there are: "Bookmarks", "Tabs", "History" and "Actions". When I'm searching using "Actions", nothing happens, so I'm confused about what's its function?

Quick Actions are not enabled in version 122. You can test it in Developer Edition.
