"More" dropdown and Tags option missing today

What happened to the "More" dropdown with the Tag choice? I looked for answers online, and found I could get to Tags from the top Message menu, but they're not in color. I need the colors!

What happened to the "More" dropdown with the Tag choice? I looked for answers online, and found I could get to Tags from the top Message menu, but they're not in color. I need the colors!

Don't know why you can't see the tag menu with colours. Clicking More in the Message Header, then Tag shows the colours, and the same thing if the Tag button is on the Unified toolbar, and also with Message/Tag from the Menu Bar, and even the message context menu. See the attached pictures.

Does the same thing happen in safe/troubleshoot mode (hold Option when launching TB)?
