I gave 'Firefox a tune up' using the 'restart Firefox' option. Now, it hasn't reinstalled the extension I use for my password manager, and I can't remember what password manager it was.
It has reinstalled all my other extentions, but hasn't my password manager for some reason. Or at least I can't find it. I also can't remember the name of it, and so don't know what to search to download it again. Is there a way to see historic extentions or something?

If it helps me remember the name of the password manager, there was a little blue star as a logo, and it's what came up in the login box for a website.
I've hidden the above reply as it look like AI generated.
When you use the Firefox refresh feature, a new profile is created and some personal data (bookmarks and history, Form Data, tabs) is automatically imported. The current Firefox profile folder will be moved to an "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop. Installed extensions and other customization (toolbars, prefs) that you have made are lost and need to be redone.
You can look in the "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop to find and identify your extensions, see extensions.json for this information.
Best is to reinstall the extensions to make them initialize their settings storage properly as that is lost as well.
If it was installed from the Mozilla Add-ons site, maybe you can spot it in search results there:
