Hi I wanted to add my new email info@ivo-zimmermann.ch (from WIX, connection with Gmail works) to my thunderbird. My current email info@kanai-zimmermann.ch (from WIX, connection with Gmail works) was no problem, but the new one does not work.

I did all this: https://support.mozilla.org/de/kb/thunderbird-und-gmail, and I also enable IMAP in my Gmail but it does not work. Any idea what I am doing wrong here? Thanks Ivo

Setting up private email addresses can be complex or confusing. Please first share the error messages that you receive and also please share the recommended email settings that WIX provides. Thank you.
