Hi - I tried all the troubleshooting articles and I am stuck on trying to get the Crash Reports file folder to open to see why it keeps crashing on start. This started happening today. Any help?

Did you try holding down the Shift key while starting to get into Troubleshoot Mode?

Yes - I am passed that point. I get to the point where I am asked to search for the crash reports on my computer via the windows button + R but the file folder does not open/nothing happens when I click on 'Open'. I restarted my whole computer (which I did this am) and not it seems to be working? Will see if it keeps crashing.

Yes exactly. That's what I'm doing and nothing happens when I click on 'view' reports.
