hi guys, could you tell me how can i set this option? 

Remove lock on network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris file

I select the NTLM but i have no idea how can i remove lock ? Is it done by default? can i set it somewhere in ADMX?

If you see an active "Authentication" policy when you visit about:polices, you will need to remove the GPO or the policies.json file.
