Sorry, but that isn't a Firefox Browser issue you should've gotten email from the purchase of instruction of how to and what to do with that install.

What happens if you try to download this software ?

It is possible that (anti-virus) security software is causing the problem. Try to disable security software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.
