Lost profile following apple security update
Following Apple update (Ventura 13.5) for my Mac, Thunderbird can not find my profile folder? Thunderbird has no passwords, message filters etc. I have a backup profile, can I get Thunderbird to use it and hopefully recover everything? If so how do I do it. Thanks in advance

Generally, you can click help>troubleshootinginformation, scroll down to Profiles, click 'about:profiles', and TB will show what profiles it is aware of. If yours is there, you can click to activate it.
