I keep getting a bogus Yahoo login screen when I try to get mail from my yahoo account. Apparently I got it from visiting a help site that looked legit. This fake login screen also blocks me from downloading my Yahoo email. I know its fake because when I try to login using this screen it tells me to enable all cookies to proceed.

Post a screenshot. It sounds like the authentication window that appears when the authentication method for an account is OAuth2, as it is for Yahoo, AOL, outlook.com etc. Check the server settings for authentication method, and accept cookies in TB Settings/Privacy & Security, as this is required for OAuth2.
