The message I received from you is for Windows. I have a MAC.

See picture below. If I try to open up more than one tab, I get multiple home pages.

Is there an adjustment I can make to stop this?

In the support articles, there is a selector in the right column to switch between Windows, Mac, and Linux if the forum doesn't do that for you automatically. If the information is all jumbled together on the page, that can be caused by disabling JavaScript, since scripts are used to knit together paragraphs that are universal with ones that are OS-specific.
