TB add-on ImportExportTools NG is not working

Dear Support, I have TB 102.11 on my PC runs under Ubuntu 22.04. I have already installed ImportExportTools NG add-on but it is not creating any export file or folder. The drop-down menu is available, it seems something starts to work but no result finally. Please advise something. Thanks. BR, L.

I suggest you contact the author on this. The tools>addon menu gives access info for each installed addon.

Have you defined the Export directories in the add-on's settings (see picture)?
