Can anyone tell me how I go about removing this malware please? It suddenly appeared whilst using Firefox in the last few days. I'm not very tech savvy so simple instructions would be great.

Your going to have to go online and use a Google search and see if there is someone online that can tell you how to or what to do to remove that message or malware.
