How do I now enter a new Primary Password, workable on Thunderbird and Firefox?

I can receive email on a different computer: [edited] @ieee.org

I have had some feedback to a similar question, but could not solve the problem.

To reset your primary password, click tools>developer tools>error console then enter this text: 

    openDialog("chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xhtml")      and press reset button.
