Not seeing formatted parts of messages

When I receive email messages from one particular organisation. I do not receive the full content which they tell me is in HTML/TNEF format. I also do not receive any attachments they include. These appear to be in a single attachment named winmail.dat. What do I need to do to see the formatting and attachments?
