When you try to send an email what happens ? Do you get an error message? If yes, please post an image of that error or tell us the exact error message - word for word.

Post the following information:

  • Menu icon > Help > More TRoubleshooting Information
  • Scroll to 'Mail and News Accounts'
  • Copy all the information and paste it into this forum question 'Post a Reply' text box.

What OS are you using ? What version of Thunderbird ?
