I installed Beta version 107.0b3, eventually successfully, then tried to load the German and Dutch dictionaries. I got all the way to the big green "+ Add to Thunderbird" button, clicked it and nothing happened. I tried with the 102 version and was able to successfully load them there. As my Dutch and German spelling is not too good, and I tend to wobble a bit between the two languages when I am typing (but not when I am speaking), the dictionaries are a godsend :-) . I also checked that loading with 107 didn't load it into 102 by mistake, by loading a random third language.

Chosen solution

The dictionaries don't load directly from the TB add-on manager, but they do if you download the xpi files from the websites:

https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/german-dictionary/

https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/woordenboek-nederlands/

(right-click Download Now, Save Link As...)

then in the TB add-on manager, click the gear icon, Install add-on from file..., select the xpi file.
