hello , i have been looking all over the internet for this I'm a developer and i would like to make custom extension and keep to myself and not publish it and have it always start with Firefox and make it permanent without signing the extension

I did a simple search online and found some articles about doing what your saying but nothing related from Firefox developers mentioning this.
