Hi I am not able to send emails even though I have followed the instructions on Mozillas Support. I receive a message saying, that I should go to my providers webpage to look for the solution. Here it said that I should update my password, which I have done. But maybe there is a problem with the outgoing email. I opened Thunderbird settings, found the hidden passwords and realised there wasn’t any for smtp? The problem concerns hassel@post7.tele.dk, and as you can see in the picture there is a line for the mailbox with a POP3, but no line for smtp for outgoing mails. What should I do? All I can offer is a suggestion to review all your account setups. You seem to have two accounts, one gmail and the other the POP account. However, your screenshot of SMTP servers only shows one, yet there should be two. Also, your screenshot of passwords shows four servers, but three of them are for gmail, yet there should always be just two. From the screenshots, the appearance is that the gmail account has two smtp servers. Something seems wrong.
