Does that appear on a specific page? What is the context?

For new users (in other words, new profiles), you may get a variety of onboarding tips and suggestions. But after you dismiss them, they normally do not return.

Make sure that both "Recommend" settings in "Settings -> General -> Browsing" are not checked.

The installation is not new, i already dismissed this popup about 10 times but it keeps re-appearing. Context is random, during browsing and closing tabs i guess, it just happens. Funny thing that you said popups should go away if you deny them once, i remember the firefox update notification re-appearing like 3 seconds after dismissing it, and it does that all the time, they more you ignore it the more annoying it becomes, some maniac must have programmed that. it's really stupid. Just had to mention it, i know how to disable updates now no need for help there.

I had those unchecked already. The popup still appears regularly.
