Stopped being able to send email mid-September. I have contacted Spectrum and they can't find any issue on their end. I have contacted McAffee and they had me turn of the firewall and that didn't help. I can send from my iphone or the Spectrum webmail product. I have included a screen shot of the outgoing SMTP mail server setup screen. Thanks for any help.

Good catch David. It must have changed the port when I setup the server again thinking something had gone bad with the current settings. I made the change and re-tested. Still unable to send. Here's the error I get after it times out:

Sending of the message failed. The message could not be sent because connecting to Outgoing server (SMTP) mail.twc.com failed. The server may be unavailable or is refusing SMTP connections. Please verify that your Outgoing server (SMTP) settings are correct and try again.

Thanks again for your assistance.
