Hello please see this image. I've asked around the past but no has been to tell how/why this exclusion list is here and how I can stop it. It seems any site I visit ends up in this list. Thanks for any info

Note that current release can isolate cross-site cookies, so they can only be accessed on Yahoo and not if you visit another website that uses them.

Why is yahoo able to access these cookies? And how can I stop it?

This list is maintained on that page even if I close Firefox, re-open it, and visit yahoo.com again. That same list, that gets, bigger and bigger is still there. The only option seems to be to delete them, one by one, from the list. Threre isn't even a "delete all" capability
