
password/email issues
My Thunderbird stopped downloading my emails yesterday morning, and my email address is apparently bouncing back to people as undeliverable/unable to find... The program started asking for a password, which it has never done in the past 10 years, and fails to connect to the server

I am not super savvy with this sort of thing, so a friend set up the email years ago. My email address is "[edited from public] ]@reptilianrecords.com" and I believe it is "masked", as in it is somehow attached to a gmail address ([edited from public] @gmail) as I do not have another email service provider (like I used to use SquirrelMail).

I am not an expert, but I suspect that the domain records for your reptilianrecords.com are no longer set up correctly. I am not sure who set this up for you, or if it is your domain name. If you look under tools>account settings, what server is Thunderbird trying to access for your email? TB will ask for a password if the account settings it has fail to access the server.
