Ti basta usare il protocollo IMAP su Thunderbird e poi utilizzare lo stesso protocollo nell'app che userai su Android, per esempio K-9 (https://k9mail.app/) che da poco fa parte della famiglia Thunderbird -> https://support.mozilla.org/it/kb/sincronizzazione-imap
