Firefox crashing

Have to be honest… Firefox was a browser I always relied on, however, since I’ve sent it up to my other browsers I’ve had nothing but issues with crashing on my site and losing my webpages. I need to know what the fix is to this because I will download other browsers instead if using Firefox from this point forward. Please advise what the solution is. Christopher

Try a clean install If crashes are preventing you from starting Firefox, even in Firefox Safe Mode, a clean install will often fix the problem. Will I lose my bookmarks, passwords, and add-ons? A clean install will not delete your bookmarks, saved passwords, add-ons, or other personal information.
