Problem with SMTP: can no longer send mails via TB via my most used account

Hi. Until I left on holiday, I was sometimes able to send an email to l***@skynet.be (or also to the associated accounts k***@skynet.be; l****@skynet.be and l *****@skynet.be) . Now, back from the trip, it doesn't work anymore: after a long time trying to send, I keep getting the same error message "Sending the trial failed because the connection to outgoing SMTP server realy.proximus.be failed... ." However, the settings are correct (see attachments) I can send mails directly from the proximus web server. Can also send emails without any problem from the Windows 10 mail app. Furthermore, it also works with the other gmail accounts; they are only refused with my subscription via server proximus (skynet.be)! This means that TB has now become completely useless for me! My details: user id: l***@skynet.be e-mail provider: proximus.be antivirus: Kaspersky Internet Security 2022 - program version: 21.3.10.391 operating system: windows 10 home (64bits) - version 21H1 - Build: 19043.1826 Thunderbird version: 102.1.1 (64-bit)

Ik ervaar hetzelfde probleem dat ik geen mails meer kan versturen. Ik heb deze foutmelding: De e-mailclient heeft dit bericht verzonden met nieuwe regels zonder regelterugloop. Dit is niet mogelijk via de DATA-opdracht van het SMTP-protocol, en het ontvangende systeem biedt geen ondersteuning voor BDAT.

Is dit hetzelfde melding die jij hebt? Ik heb de nieuwste Thunderbirdversie er op staan. Ik zit al te kijken en zoeken of je ergens rechtstreeks contact kunt krijgen met Mozilla/Thunderbird maar niet te vinden. Misschien dat iemand ons kan helpen want dit is lastig

Behalve uw reactie kwam er geen bruikbaar antwoord. zeer vervelend want TB is dus nu onbruikbaar geworden
