I've read the older version of this question at: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1273397 but it hasn't worked for me. I'm running Win10 and TB 91.11.0. Has anything changed?

Stop messing with userChrome.css unless you know exactly what you're doing.

Instead follow the instructions already given in that topic: Menu icon (3 lines) > Preferences > Privacy & Security > Privacy Check the box 'Allow remote content in messages'. Close the 'Preferences' tab.
