When accessing Conect.firefox.com, there is a popup error at the top that says, Authentication Ticket Mismatched, failed authentication. regardless of what I do, the warning doesn´t go away. I´m running Firefox 100 on Win 11

Sorry there was a typo in the original message, the URL should have read "https://connect.mozilla.org," as shown in the attached image.

Actually, I don´t have a "login problem." I have a problem with a warning related to mozilla programming and / or an error, but nevermind. I´m sorry to have wasted your time!

And for the record, if there was a way to contact a subdomain of the Mozilla website, I would have done that already. It is generally assumed that "Support," for a browser issue is for the whole of their website. I was not aware that each subdomain was a separate and private business that did not communicate with other subdomains. Mozilla has been my go to for everything since the 1980´s. A pissy attitude that makes no attempt to actually explain or help, is enough to end that.
