I panicked and uninstalled Firefox...can I get my stuff back?

I got an email to update to version 100 . . .

Whenever you get a message / popup that software / files need to be updated;

While this may be a legitimate message, it could also be Malware or a Virus. Anytime you want or need to check for upgrades, go to the website of the True Owner of the program in question. For example, to check out Firefox, go to https://www.mozilla.org

Note: Firefox comes in three or more folders on all computers. They are;

Maintenance: (Programs Folder) <Windows Only> Firefox itself: (Programs Folder) And two folders in the profile of each user on the computer for each Firefox profile for that user.

If you remove the Firefox program folder, the user profiles would not be affected.

Note: As long as you did not remove the profile folders, you can recover the data.

Thanks, but sadly, when I open Firefox folder in my program files, every folder in it is dated today, and all of them are empty
