What kind of searches do you mean ? Is that about searching via websites (Google) on internet or about searching for things like history and bookmarks (i.e. locally stored data) in Firefox?

I will iterate here the cheapest Backup Power will not work you will have less then 5 min at most to backup. Your going to have to spend close to or more then $200 to get more then 5 min to insure you can safely shutdown and save before the computer just shuts off. For Laptop that one luxury a Desktop can't challenge on. I have a Backup power but that is only for the Router to keep it alive since we have Laptop that will still work in power outages giving the lifeline to the Laptop to still connect. I thought about getting one for my Desktop but the prices were closer to $200 to get at least 30min to be able to save and shutdown safely.

When my computer shuts down unexpectedly (due to power issues etc.), after power on the computer again it takes too long to search for a website (Not restoring previous session but actually searching for anything else)

During sudden power loss any saves/searches/history/session will be lost. There not much to do about this beyond having a Backup PS that gives you enough time to stop and save and power off to save your recent sessions so you can restore them after power returns. During those power loss the Browser can be corrupted and can result in system files damaged and not able to do what it was written to do and at that point one must do drastic measure and Uninstall and delete software causing the issue and reinstall and in hopes it will fix the issue. This is the last resort to do when all other fixes fail.

Thanks for the information, but all I do is trying simple search over web, not recovering previous session or something else.

Like the situations in some of those power loss the sys files become corrupt or damaged and removing reinstalling to fix the issues. First try to clear the cache and history and try again an hopefully that's all that you needed to do to get it working again.
