Scrivo perché mio padre utilizza per lavoro un indirizzo email Thunderbird.

A seguito di una formattazione del computer, ho dovuto scaricare nuovamente il programma: una volta aperto, questo ha chiesto la password per accedere, che tuttavia non siamo riusciti a recuperare. Nessuna password compare nella sezione "Password Salvate".

Esiste un modo per resettare la password e avere nuovamente accesso? Mi potete aiutare?

La password non è quella di Thunderbird ma della casella di posta. Se hai formattato il pc purtroppo non c'è modo di recuperarla. Devi verificare se il tuo fornitore email prevede una funzione di recupero password.
