Why are the letters on websites all jumbled and unreadable? I have tried EVERY option that I can find, from allowing pages to choose their own fonts (in Preferences) to trying to delete Helvetica, to unchecking :Use recommended performance settings" in Preferences. Nothing works and I have just about ready to move everything over to Safari. I need tech support help now!!!

Hello! Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode Thank you

You can check in Font Book for font issues like corrupted and duplicate fonts.

You can right-click and select "Inspect" to open the built-in Inspector with this element selected.

You can check in the Rules tab in the right panel in the Inspector what font-family is used for selected text. You can check in the Font tab in the right panel in the Inspector what font is actually used because Firefox might be using a different font than specified by the website.
