False error message when sending
I keep getting a pop-up saying my connection to the server timed out and my message failed to send. However, it DID send. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello there balwmer23 We have read your message. We try to help you.
Some sort of reason timed- out your traffic to the server .
Connection timeout errors occur when the server takes too long to respond to a request from your device.
At the Smtp settings from Thunderbird. Change your connection to the security to STARTTLS and turn your ports into 587. See if your connection problem did make some changes. Turn of the Thunderbird software if it is still not gone. Start up in safe modus to check if it s your anti virus to turn it off and on. You can also check add-ons at the same Safeway

Can you send me a error number?
Greetings Firefox volunteer.
There is a photo attached showing the error. No number.
The settings you provided are already the current settings. My messages DO go through. I think this is a false error from Thunderbird.
I'm running Linux so no A/V currently running.
