A Wi-Fi connected printer is available. On work it is necessary to print some reports from the browser. But they are not printed, although everything works from office programs or viewing PDF files. Help. Advise a solution.

Does the wifi print Preview see the printer? And how is the printer connected.

To see. Connected via Wi-Fi.

What exactly it looks like in the preview. Clear, no gray background, signs of errors or problems? Are its settings available?

Transparent color. Windows no longer has access to the printer. Probably something happened.

Probably a problem with the printer (perhaps the driver for your OS is no longer relevant). If you are an IT specialist, then just update the driver, if you are a regular user, then I would recommend installing the printer again according to the following instructions https://wifi-faq.info/nethard/podklyuchenie-printera-po-seti/ . But do everything very carefully. Report the result of your actions.

Thanks. It was possible to reconnect the equipment, although not for the first time.
