I have an Airris modem router combo that is locked out for to many attempts. I have done a reset and it still wont unlock. I had the same problem wit a bank lockout on your website and i got out of it by accident when I found a security site on fire fox an it was in Preferences and it was listed as do not allow and allow, clicked on allow and that whole mes cleared instantly. did I write this down, no I will remember it SURE . cold you please tell me where it is

You will have to contact Airris support to help with this lockout since that isn't a FireFox product or software. The only firefox preferences is your settins to save autologin and fill passwords beyond clearing that and the history cache that is the only way to clear out Login saved errors.

Clear the Cache and remove the Cookies for websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Settings).
"Remove the Cookies" for websites that cause problems:
- Settings -> Privacy & Security
Cookies and Site Data: "Manage Data"
"Clear the Cache":
- Settings -> Privacy & Security
Cookies and Site Data -> Clear Data -> [X] Cached Web Content -> Clear
You can remove all data stored in Firefox for a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").
Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox for this domain like history and cookies and passwords and exceptions and cache, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data for that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.
You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.
If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data for that website will be saved once again.
tHE COOKIES ARE REMOVE AT EACH SHUTDOWN AND THE CASH IS DELETED ONCE A WEEK AND THAT HAS BEEN GOING ON FIR A LONG TIME HAD THIS PROBLEM 4 OR5 MONTHS AGO WHEN i DROPPED IT AND CAUGHT IT JUST AS IT HIT THE FLOOR i THEN NOTICED A FEW DAYS LATER THAT MY BANK ACCOUNT WAS LOCKED OUT. AFTER SEARCHING THROUGH EVERYTHING i ZEROED IN ON FIRE FOX AND JUST BY SHIRE LUCK I FOUND IT IN SETTING SOME WARE AND THERE WAS THE BANK APP IN A LOCKED BOX AND THE OTHER BOX NEST TO IT SAID ALLOW AND WHEN i CLICKED ON IT IT THE LOCKED WENT AWAY AND SO DID THE APP AND I HAVE NO OTHER PROBLEMS. NOW TH SAME THING HAS HAPPENED FOR MY ARRIS ROUTER MODEM BUT i CANT FIND IT ON FIREFOX AND i KNOW i WAS IN FIRE FOX AND WATCHING YOU TUBE WHEN IT HAPPENED. THE PICTURE WENT OUT ON THE TV AND A MESSAGE CAME ON THAT I HAD A LOSS OF NETWORKS. i STILL HAVE WIFI AND i STILL HAVE ETHERNET BUT NO NETWORKS. i HAVE DONE FACTORY RESETS WITH NO CHANGE IN RESPONSE THE ONLY NETWORKS THAT ARE THE FACTORY ONES THAT YOU CHANGE TO YOUR OWN NETWORKS AND THEY SHOW AS ACTIVE MY I PHONES ND I PADS RECOGNIZE MY NETWORKS I CAN STREAM ON MY IPAD AND PHONE THE MODEM WORKS AS IT SHOWS SPEED AS A HIGH AS 600 PLUS AND THE ETHERNET CABLE MAKES NO DIFFERENCE IF PLUNGED IN OR REMOVED. UNIT IS ABOUT 4 YEARS OLD AND IT HAS WORD WELL. COULD IT BE TIME TO RETIRE IT. NOBODY AT ARRIS COX YAHOO M/S SEEM TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT UNBLOCKING APPS OR PROGRAMS ESPECIALLY FIRE FOX
