You can pin the two tabs you wish to have open using this guide: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/pinned-tabs-keep-favorite-websites-open

Next, set Firefox to open tabs from your previous session. This will make sure those two tabs are available when you reopen Firefox - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-restore-my-tabs-last-time#w_restore-the-previous-session-every-time-you-open-firefox

Lastly, set a custom home page - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-to-set-the-home-page
