Is any body aware when two profiles are open at the same time there is a close talk between them?

I use lots of profiles. I have noticed when using the profile set-up specifically for yahoo and another profile set for shopping at the same time I will get ads in the yahoo profile that I have only searched in the shopping profile. To be clear, I only use the yahoo for surfing yahoo news; I do not enter search terms in the yahoo profile.
